Angela Akins Garcia actually lived in the shadows prior to her marriage to the sports star. It is the reason the reason why there isn't much information regarding her past. Angela Akins Gracia had a fascination with sports since she was a little girl and chose to learn the game of golf. As a child she discovered a love for sport and chose to take up golf. As she grew more skilled, she got older, and was able to win more than eight championships as she was in high school. Garcia was captain of Mable Falls High School's high school team and led the team to third place in regional competition in 2003. They finished sixth in 2006 as they were the 6th-placed team. The lady who holds 17 medals on her record for national championships and is part of the the Women's Texas Golf Association, is an incredible golfer. Garcia attended Texas Christain University to study for some years after she graduated from high school. Then she transferred to the University of Texas. Through the years, her competitive edge increased. Even though she experienced joy and fulfilment as a golfer Angela Akin Garcia never dreamt of pursuing golf professionally instead she chose journalism. The first opportunity she got was upon graduation, as a Fox Sports Southwest Reporter.
